  1、材料:兔子1隻,香蔥2根,幹辣椒5個,冰糖5g,黃酒1勺。

  2、溫水下兔肉塊煮至水開,把兔肉盛出用涼水沖洗幹淨備用。

  3、鍋内下油,兔肉含油量不高,可以多放一點油。把香蔥,姜塊丢下去爆香

  4、再把兔肉倒入炒香,倒入黃油烹制片刻。

  5、倒入涼水,水量剛沒過兔肉塊,放入十三香,幹辣椒,八角,鹽,生抽,老抽,大火燒開後轉小火燒。

  6、燒至汁剩下兩成的時侯,投入青蒜白翻炒一分鐘。熄火,把青蒜葉投入用餘溫燒熱即可起鍋裝盤。
