  1、主料:豬裡脊肉200克,青蒜苗200克,木耳50克。輔料:生抽3勺,澱粉2勺,鹽适量,老抽1勺。

  2、豬裡脊肉切絲,加澱粉,鹽腌制片刻,鍋裡油溫稍熱後放入肉絲翻炒斷生。

  3、放入調料,蔥花翻炒入味。

  4、放入青蒜苗,木耳,大火翻炒均勻即可。
