  1、蛋清蛋黃分離,滴入檸檬汁去腥,加一點鹽,一點糖,中高速打蛋清,

  2、打白後再加兩勺白糖,攪勻,打處紋理即可,蛋黃中加酸奶,面糊攪成糊狀。

  3、平底鍋不刷油,把面糊烙成餅皮,酸奶均勻的抹餅皮上,然後再放上幾塊芒果卷好。

  4、簡單的酸奶班戟就做好了。
