  1、首先我們要将酵母用溫水化開,攪拌到無顆粒狀時分次加入到面粉裡,攪拌成絮狀後揉成光滑的面團,再蓋上保鮮膜進行發酵。面團是否發酵好,要注意其發酵狀态,等看其體積明顯增大至兩倍,用手指戳下去洞口不回縮,說明面團就發酵好了。

  2、等面團發酵好之後,不需要用力揉搓,将其分成大小差不多的小劑子擀成面皮,注意皮不能太薄,否則容易将酵母燙死,變成死面,制作出來的包子口感也不好。
