  1、原料:黃油80g、糖粉45g、雞蛋1/2隻、鹽1/2小匙、味精1/4小匙、胡椒粉1/4小匙、奶酪粉30g、中粉135g、幹荷蘭芹碎屑1/4小匙、幹羅勒碎屑1/4小匙。

  2、黃油常溫下軟化後加糖,打發,表現為膨大、顔色發白;加蛋攪拌均勻;

  3、放入鹽、味精、胡椒粉,奶酪粉,幹荷蘭芹碎屑,幹羅勒碎屑、面粉,攪拌均勻;此時烤箱預熱180℃,另取烤盤鋪烤紙;

  4、取少量面團,揉圓,用手掌按扁後,用叉子按一下,餅幹之間留适當距離;上下火15分鐘即可。
