  1、蔥切末,西紅柿和黃瓜切丁如黃豆大。

  2、另依個人口味加鹽,味精,醋(适當多放以突出酸味),白胡椒粉,麻油,紫菜,蝦皮,放入碗内。

  3、面條白水煮熟後,用面條湯約半碗将上述調料配料沖沏酸湯攪拌均勻,撈入适量面條既可。
