  1、石斑魚肉切件,加調味料拌勻。

  2、燒熱5杯油,取石斑魚肉輕輕撲上生粉,再放入熱油中炸至金黃色,取出,瀝幹油;斑塊上碟,保溫待用。

  3、燒熱沙律油,炒香青、紅椒粒,撒入酒,注入番茄湯,加鹽、糖,煮汁至滾,慢慢注入水溶黍粉拌至微稠,淋在斑魚塊上即成。
