  孕婦在懷孕後可以吃櫻桃,櫻桃維生素含量比較豐富,适當吃櫻桃可補充水分、維生素,有利于寶寶生長發育。孕婦在懷孕期間适當吃水果對寶寶有利,但由于大部分水果糖分含量都比較高,糖分含量高的水果,容易導緻孕婦血糖升高,引起妊娠期的糖尿病。所以在孕期不要大量的吃水果,要适量。
