  1、豬夾心肉,番茄,洋蔥,白糖,番茄醬,烤肉醬,黑胡椒粉。

  2、洋蔥番茄切成小丁。

  3、用兩大勺烤肉醬,兩大勺番茄醬,一大勺糖,少許黑胡椒粉調成醬.

  4、電炖鍋底部鋪上一半的洋蔥丁番茄丁,再鋪上肉,再鋪上剩下的一半洋蔥番茄丁,把調好的醬鋪在最上面,蓋上蓋子,電炖鍋開自動檔6~8個小時左右就可以了。
