  1、黃瓜、胡蘿蔔和火腿腸分别切成粗細均勻的條狀,胡蘿蔔條在熱水中煮2分鐘斷生後撈出晾涼備用。

  2、大米飯中加入壽司醋、白糖、黑胡椒碎和鹽,乘熱拌勻。

  3、竹簾鋪平放上一張烤紫菜,把拌勻的米飯均勻地平鋪在紫菜上,再鋪上黃瓜條、胡蘿蔔條和火腿腸,放上肉松,擠些沙拉醬。

  4、卷成米卷,切成小段即可。
