  1、準備材料紅茶、香葉、桂皮、花椒、八角、醬油。把雞蛋下鍋煮3分鐘,放入鹽。

  2、撈出雞蛋,用湯匙把蛋殼敲碎。

  3、将準備好的材料放入鍋中,加3公升水,煮15分鐘。

  4、水沸騰後把雞蛋放入鍋中再煮40分鐘。

  5、最後關火,把雞蛋浸泡在鹵水中約3~4小時,變色、入味即可。
