花鲢魚頭湯怎麼做好吃

  1、花鲢頭1個,川芎6克,白芷10克,天麻10克,生姜2片,鹽少許、蒜葉、姜蔥若幹,胡椒粉、料酒、開水、葷油。

  2、以葷油起鍋,放入少量姜絲,待油熱後放入花鲢頭,文火煎;

  3、待魚頭一面稍有淡黃色後,魚頭翻身,加入少許葷油,文火煎,至魚頭另一面稍有淡黃色後,加入料酒,後加入适量開水,做湯;

  4、先以大火将湯至沸,後改小火,慢慢熬湯,至湯顯粉白色,加入些許胡椒粉;

  5、取出,加蒜葉和蔥。完成。
