  1、食材:鮮櫻桃500克,米酒1000mL。

  2、制作方法:櫻桃洗淨置壇中,加米酒浸泡,密封,每2~3日攪動1次,15~20天即成。每日早晚各飲50mL(含櫻桃8~10枚)。

  3、儲存方法:避免陽光直射,于5-35℃幹燥通風處卧放或者倒放,少量沉澱不影響飲用。
