  1、主料豬肉300g,豬肝200g,粉腸300g。花生油适量,生粉适量,鹽适量,雞粉适量。

  2、粉腸用水龍頭沖洗幹淨腸裡的粉,粉腸切長些,煮後會縮水變短的。

  3、豬肉用生粉,生油,鹽腌半小時。

  4、水開後把豬肉,豬肝,粉腸放進去,再次煮開繼續大火滾上約8分鐘加入雞粉,生油鹽,關火即可。
