  1、準備曬了一天的芥菜,在芥菜上撒上粗海鹽,用手進行翻揉,使鹽充分與芥菜結合。

  2、在玻璃罐中撒上一層鹽,将揉好的芥菜裝到玻璃罐中,裝的過程中用手壓實。

  3、裝完後再撒上一層鹽,在玻璃罐中倒入礦泉水,水淹過芥菜即可,蓋上蓋子,腌制一周後即可食用。
