  1、牛奶醒酒法。醉酒者可飲些牛奶,以便使蛋白凝固,保護胃粘膜,緩解對酒精的吸收。

  2、甘蔗汁醒酒。醉酒神志尚清醒者可自己嚼食甘蔗,嚴重者可榨出甘蔗汁灌服,能醒酒快。

  3、皮蛋醒酒法。醉酒時,取1-2隻皮蛋,蘸醋服食,可以醒酒。

  4、生梨醒酒法.吃幾個梨或将梨去皮切片,浸入涼開水中10分鐘,吃梨飲水,可解酒。
