  材料:面包蟹、醬油、白糖、味精、黃酒、麻油、姜。

  做法:

  1、将面包蟹處理幹淨,記住要用牙刷仔細刷,去掉裡面的内髒;

  2、把面包蟹肚皮朝上放在盤中,放一些姜絲在上面;

  3、将面包蟹上籠,用火蒸15~20分鐘,蒸到蟹殼呈鮮紅色時就取出;

  4、把姜末放在小酒碗内,加熬熟的醬油、白糖、味精、黃酒、麻油攪拌均勻,把蒸好的面包蟹蘸醬料吃就行了。
