  1、用料:

  幹魚200克、青紅椒200克、蔥小半根、大蒜一小頭、青椒4個、紅幹椒5個。

  2、做法:

  (1)幹魚洗淨控水,大蔥切碎,大蒜切片,青紅椒切絲備用。

  (2)幹魚先用油過下備用。

  (3)起鍋倒油,把大蒜,蔥,爆香,倒入幹魚,加點生抽,根據幹魚的鹹度放鹽,大火翻炒2分鐘,起鍋。幹炒魚用烙馍一卷味道無敵。
