  香椿用開水燙的時候基本上三十秒即可撈出。

  1、據研究表明一般綠色蔬菜的燙制時間為15秒,莖類的為30秒。香椿屬于莖葉類,所以一般需要燙制30秒即可。

  2、如果想為了更安全一點,更好的緩解硝酸鹽和亞硝酸鹽的含量,可以燙制60秒左右。
