  1、裡脊肉切小片,用鹽、料酒、澱粉腌10分鐘;

  2、大蔥切段,腐竹掰成一寸多的小段;

  3、鍋中放油,五成熱,放入腐竹炒一下。因為腐竹是幹的,光炒是不行的,還要添些水,焖煮,讓腐竹吸收水份,直到腐竹變軟。也可以先用溫水将腐竹發好;

  4、腐竹焖煮好以後,盛出備用;

  5、鍋中放些油,放入肉片劃開,再放些蔥段翻炒;

  6、肉變色以後,倒入腐竹,翻炒均勻,待兩種味道融合以後,盛出即可。
