  1、牛皮稍微沖洗,放入冷水鍋中,加入姜片,燒開後加入料酒,将表面的污垢和浮沫都撇幹淨。

  2、将牛皮撈出來,放入電炖鍋中,加入香葉和八角,加入沒過牛皮的清水。

  3、蓋上蓋子,用炖牛筋的鍵,将肉皮炖至軟熟。

  4、油鍋燒至五成熱,下入姜蒜炒出香味。

  5、然後再下胡蘿蔔翻炒。

  6、将泡發好後的牛皮放進去炒軟,放鹽入味即可。
