  1、主料:雞蛋1個、絲瓜1根。

  2、輔料:食鹽1茶匙、水800毫升。

  3、做法:

  (1)絲瓜去皮切塊,鍋中倒入清水,把絲瓜塊倒進去。

  (2)蓋上鍋蓋,把鍋中的水燒開。

  (3)水燒開後,倒入打散的蛋液,煮至絲瓜變軟,加鹽調味即可(夏天吃,沒放油,清淡)。
