清蒸蝦如何做才好吃又簡單

  1、主料:蝦。輔料:料酒、雞精、蔥、姜、蒜、蚝油或鮑魚汁。

  2、将蝦線挑除,清洗幹淨并瀝幹水分;用料酒腌制15分鐘後倒出多餘水。

  3、鋪上蒜片、姜段,我還撒了幾顆紅椒圈;均勻淋上蚝油或鮑魚汁。

  4、蓋上一個和碗口一般大小的盤子;如果蒸至熟,出鍋撒上蔥段,翻拌即食。
