  1、材料:甜豆300克, 蒜茸25克、适量的鹽及味精。

  2、甜豆洗淨備用。

  3、将甜豆倒入鍋内,加入适量的水焖煮熟透。

  4、加入一點點的食油及蒜茸開鍋燒。

  5、完全收幹湯汁将蒜茸、甜豆煸香。

  6、加入适量的鹽及味精拌勻即可。
