  1、食材:白砂糖10g、泡打粉1g。

  2、砂糖放入勺子裡,直接上火燒,開始不用攪拌,糖慢慢融化,變色,拿筷子攪拌一下。

  3、離火,放入泡打粉,拌勻,再放回火上,泡打粉預熱會膨脹,隻是一下就可以離火。

  4、把糖倒到不粘布上,快速的用餅壓一下,拿開(久了就粘在餅壓上了),10多秒焦糖就自己變硬了。
