  1、三層肉肉皮用刀反複刮洗,去掉污物;

  2、黃豆芽摘洗幹淨備用;

  3、将三層肉切成大約半厘米厚的肉片,加入适量料酒和水,浸泡10-15分鐘,撈出;

  4、鍋裡加入少許油,放入肉片爆炒至變色,放入蔥、生姜、冰糖、幹辣椒、大蒜、八角炒香;

  5、噴入适量料酒,加入适量老抽炒至肉上色,再加入适量生抽、蚝油炒勻;

  6、加入處理好的黃豆芽,翻炒片刻,加入少量的水大火煮開,蓋上蓋子小火焖45-60分鐘左右;

  7、黃焖豬肉轉大火收濃湯汁即可。
