  1、材料:薏米3杯、綠豆1杯、蓮子15顆、蜂蜜少許。

  2、薏米、綠豆、蓮子洗淨,用清水浸泡2小時以上;

  3、将浸泡好的薏米、綠豆、蓮子一同放入鍋中,加水,水量高于米5cm;

  4、大火煮開,轉小火煮至薏米軟爛,稍冷卻後調入蜂蜜即可。
