  1、原料:藕、姜、米醋、棉白糖、鹽、芝麻油各适量。

  2、将藕洗淨刨皮後切成薄片。

  3、姜去皮切末。

  4、小鍋内加入清水,大火燒開後将藕片倒入,焯燙至藕片稍變色即可撈出,很快的也就一分鐘的事。

  5、藕片撈出後立即在冷水下沖涼,這樣能保持脆嫩的口感。

  6、然後控幹水份,加入姜末、米醋、棉白糖、鹽、芝麻油。調拌均勻即可。
