  1、把酸奶,醋,60毫升橄榄油,檸檬汁,大蒜,肉桂粉,肉豆蔻粉,牛至和月桂葉放入碗裡,攪勻後倒入一個拉練密封塑料袋裡。再将羊肉絲放入袋子裡與腌料拌勻。擠出袋裡多餘的空氣,把袋子密封後放入冰箱中腌至少6小時或一夜。

  2、大炒鍋置中偏大火上預熱。加2湯匙橄榄油,熱至6成。倒入肉和腌料,快速不斷翻炒,直到羊肉的粉紅色變深,肉質軟熟,約15至20分鐘。把羊肉分成8份塞進每個烤熱的鍋魁(或燒餅)裡,加上西紅柿,洋蔥,薄荷葉,即食。
