  1、原料:蝦米50克、絲瓜兩根、鹽1茶匙。

  2、蝦米泡溫水至軟,絲瓜去掉外皮切成滾刀狀;

  3、鍋中放少許油,倒入絲瓜;

  4、翻炒再倒入泡好的蝦米;

  5、加入适量的鹽即可起鍋。

  6、注意:蝦米泡軟一點比較好吃。絲瓜的皮也别去太多了。有些綠色可以口感更好。顔色也好看。
