  1、蘿蔔洗淨,切成大小略同的塊狀。

  2、油鍋燒熱,倒入少許色拉油,放入幹辣椒爆香。

  3、最後倒入切好的蘿蔔翻炒幾下。

  4、依次放入少許細砂糖、生抽、老抽。

  5、再倒入清水(沒過蘿蔔再多出一點為準)大火燒開,轉中火燒至湯收汁。

  6、起鍋前放入少許鹽和雞精,裝盤後小蔥切成末撒少許在蘿蔔上即可。
