  1、食材:雞翅适量、香菇(幹)20克、姜5克、大蔥25克、鹽5克、味精2克、料酒15克。

  2、冬菇浸軟,擠幹水去蒂,每隻切開邊,加少許糖拌勻;

  3、雞翅洗淨,抹幹水切段;

  4、雞加鹽、味精、料酒、醬油拌勻;

  5、加入冬菇、姜再拌勻蒸熟,下蔥再蒸20分鐘即成。
