  1、主料:毛豆腐300g、香腸80g、奶粉适量;輔料:食鹽适量、雞精适量。

  2、步驟:把豆腐、火腿腸切成小塊,奶粉沖兌好;把奶粉+豆腐+火腿腸,一起放進鍋中,煮開後加适量的鹽、雞精來調味;豆腐全部熱透即可出鍋。
