香菇山藥炖雞的做法 經典老火靓湯做法原來很簡單

   準備食材:雞肉斬塊(也可以隻用雞腿)焯水備用。幹香菇提前洗淨泡發,姜切片,山藥去皮切段。

   将所有食材和配料洗淨放入電飯煲裡,煲三個小時,雞肉酥爛,味道也出來得差不多了,出鍋前放入鹽調味即可。
