年糕年夜飯的做法

食材:雞尾蝦500g、年糕500g、胡蘿蔔200g、青筍200g、幹海椒50g、花椒50g、姜20g、蒜20g、美人椒50g、蔥20g、水澱粉50g、雞蛋50g。

年糕煎炸至兩面金黃備用。

蝦球用蛋清水澱粉挂糊入油鍋炸制定型。

輔料(青筍、胡蘿蔔)入鍋炒制,調味,然後先後倒入蝦球、年糕炒制入味,起鍋裝盤即可。
