  1、用料:扇貝30隻、蔥1根、姜5片、青椒2個、洋蔥0.5個、生抽2勺、火鍋料1小塊、幹辣椒10個、料酒3勺。

  2、準備姜、蔥、蒜、幹辣椒、洋蔥切片或塊。

  3、将扇貝肉去除腮、泥線、砂囊,清洗幹淨,水燒開後将扇貝肉加入3勺料酒,焯2分鐘撈出瀝幹水分。

  4、起鍋燒油,加入配料和一小塊火鍋底料翻炒片刻,倒入扇貝肉爆炒,加入2勺生抽再翻炒一下就出鍋了。
