  1、尖椒8個調,料色拉油15毫升,食鹽适量,蒜2瓣,生抽5毫升,香醋15毫升,白糖15克。

  2、将青椒洗幹淨,把蒂部切掉,用小刀挖掉籽,大蒜拍破後去皮,切成碎末

  3、将生抽、白糖、香醋、鹽放入碗裡混合均勻成調料汁

  4、鍋中倒入油,中火加熱至4成熱後,将青椒排放鍋中入,用鍋鏟輕輕按壓青椒,并不時的将青椒翻面,使之均勻的受熱,青椒兩面表皮都煸出皺紋

  5、将青椒撥到鍋頭的一邊,放入蒜末煸香,倒入調料汁,翻炒入味,待湯汁收濃稠時即可盛入盤中。
