  1、材料菠菜250克,調料:姜25克,鹽2克,醬油5克,香油2克,花椒1克,味精1克,醋15克。

  2、将菠菜洗淨後切成段;

  3、生姜去皮後洗淨并切成絲;

  4、在鍋中加入适量清水置火上燒沸,放入菠菜在沸水中略微焯一下,撈出後瀝幹水,輕輕擠一擠後裝入盤中抖散晾涼;

  5、然後加入姜絲、醋、食鹽、醬油、香油、花椒及味精一起拌勻即成
