  1、材料:草莓150克、食鹽1/2茶匙、煉乳20克、牛奶300克。

  2、草莓用淡鹽水浸泡15分鐘,用清水沖洗幹淨,去除葉和柄後濾水,将洗淨的草莓放入攪拌杯。

  3、加入煉乳和牛奶打碎攪拌後到入杯中。

  4、将攪拌好的草莓奶昔倒入密封容器内,放入冰箱冷凍成冰,吃的時候取出,在室溫或者冰箱冷藏室内放置一會兒,待冰稍微融化,不那麼堅硬後,用勺子盛入杯中,拌入适量草莓果肉, 清涼爽口的草莓沙冰就做好了。
