  1、食材。意面30g,西蘭花66g,蘑菇150g,黑木耳15g,甜椒11g,大蒜2瓣。

  3、煮面的水不用倒掉,繼續西蘭花焯水,斷生即可撈出,炒鍋加熱放少許油,大蒜切碎煸香,倒入西蘭花和甜椒攪拌一下,可酌情加一點鹽。

  4、熱鍋,倒少許油,放入蘑菇煸炒出水分,加入黑木耳和蛤蜊肉,倒入适量水,煮沸後加少許鹽即可。
