  1、主料:鳕魚500g,雞蛋1隻,澱粉100g,孜然,黑芝麻,鹽,烤肉料适量。

  2、鳕魚切小段,加澱粉,雞蛋,鹽,孜然黑芝麻烤肉拌料腌制十分鐘左右;

  3、入油鍋炸至金黃色;

  4、孜然鳕魚段炸兩遍,外酥裡嫩。
