  1、材料:鲮魚1條(1斤左右)、臘肉150克、榄角50克、姜絲10克、蔥絲10克,蒸魚豉油、魚露、鹽、花生油各适量。

  2、臘肉切成2厘米厚的段狀,上碟備用。

  3、鲮魚宰好洗淨,用鹽均勻塗上魚身,上碟,放上榄角,下少許花生油,入蒸爐蒸10分鐘(蒸制時間視乎魚的大小而定),取出,放上姜絲和蔥絲,然後淋上熟花生油、蒸魚豉油和少許魚露便成。
