  1、材料:青菜10克、魚丸150克、鹽、料酒、蔥、雞精、胡椒粉。

  2、制作做法:魚丸冷水下鍋,放些姜末,料酒,煮開。待魚丸浮起,再煮至魚丸變大,放入青菜,加一點的油煮開。放些鹽,雞精,胡椒粉,蔥花即可。
