  1、糯米提前用清水浸泡一夜,至用手一捏就成粉末的程度。

  2、紫薯去皮切片蒸熟。

  3、搗碎加牛奶、糖和糯米粉揉成團。

  4、把紫薯面團揉成若幹圓子,然後均勻滾上瀝好水的糯米,用手壓實。

  5、放進蒸鍋蒸20分鐘即可。

  6、蒸好的紫薯糯米丸子現吃口感最好,短時間内沒吃完的,用保鮮膜包好,想吃的時候最好再加熱一下。
