  1、面粉中加入堿面、清水調勻,取500克面粉加入100克面粉,再加入12克泡打粉,加水和成稍軟的面團,蓋保鮮膜醒發備用;

  2、肉餡中加入姜末、胡椒粉、醬油、鹽、味精、白糖、骨頭湯、料酒、香油攪拌均勻,最後加入蔥末拌勻備用;

  3、取面團取出下劑,包餡制成包子,表面抹一點水,沾上芝麻與香蔥,待煎鍋中的油六成熱時放入,底部煎至微黃沖入熱水,沒過包子的三分之一,加蓋焖3分鐘即可。
