  1、準備食材:魔芋、貢丸、魚豆腐、竹輪、蟹柳、鳴門卷。鍋中撒鹽,放入蘿蔔戳水濾去腥氣,肉、蘑菇切塊。

  2、倒入蔥姜水、鹽,打成肉泥,手作貢丸,煮3分鐘左右成型。将材料做出串串形狀。昆布加水,溫水浸泡海帶,海帶切條,穿成串。燒水,保持開水不沸,加入木魚花,加熱5分鐘,濾去木魚花,繼續加熱5分鐘。準備日本醬油、味霖、清灑,倒入鍋中。加入各種串串,煮熟即可食用。
