麻辣砂鍋做法是什麼

1、用色拉油和水浸泡辣椒碎、花椒碎、、麻椒碎8個小時以上,備用。

2、加熱牛油和雞油,炒蔥、姜、蒜至金黃色,加入郫縣豆瓣醬繼續炒出香味,油變紅色,離火降溫。

3、當油溫降至140℃左右時,再放入辣椒碎、花椒碎、麻椒碎,炒至至油清亮為止。(即成底料)。

4、做好湯底後就可以湯菜吃了。
