生煎餃子怎麼煎

  1、主料:餃子(豬肉白菜餡)200g、調和油适量、面粉适量。

  2、起鍋熱油;

  3、把餃子一個個在油鍋裡碼好;

  4、碗裡放少許的面粉,加入清水攪拌均勻;

  5、把調好的面糊水倒入鍋裡,沒過餃子的一半高度即可;

  6、蓋上鍋蓋,大火燒開改中小火;

  7、待水手幹時關小火,鍋裡就剩下油可以把餃子皮煎脆;

  8、把餃子翻個面再煎一會即可關火裝盤。
