做法:

1、先把五花肉切正方形小塊,加一勺半鹽兩勺料酒兩勺生抽,雞蛋一個,蔥花姜末放裡面抓均勻。

2、鍋内倒入油(油多一點因為肉需要炸的),拿個碗倒入幹面粉把肉一塊一塊裹上面粉 ,油熱後一塊一塊放入鍋内。

3、炸至金黃出鍋。

4、放鍋上蒸20-30分鐘即可。
