  1、筍片洗淨,改刀切小塊,黃瓜和胡蘿蔔分别去皮切片,蒜瓣去皮拍碎。

  2、燒開适量水,将筍片焯煮熟,撈起,用水沖洗幹淨,瀝幹。

  3、熱鍋,倒入橄榄油、下蒜蓉爆香。

  4、倒入筍片和胡蘿蔔,煸炒一會兒,接着倒入黃瓜片,炒勻。

  5、碗裡調入鹽、雞粉、澱粉,加少許水攪成水澱粉,倒入鍋中,快速翻炒均勻食材,鏟起即可。
